DYI DTF Pressing Instructions

To DIY DTF pressing, use a heat press set to around

320−325∘F320 minus 325 raised to the composed with power cap
F320−325∘𝐹 with medium pressure for 10-15 seconds.

First, pre-press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Place the DTF film on the garment, cover with a protective sheet like parchment or Teflon, and press.

After the press, peel the film while warm, and then do a second press for 5-10 seconds with a protective sheet over the design to ensure it is fully set. 

To DIY DTF pressing with an iron,

preheat a dry iron to a high setting, place the transfer on a firm, flat surface, place parchment or a Teflon sheet over the design and press down firmly with consistent, even pressure for 15-20 seconds without sliding.

For larger designs, work in sections. After it cools, peel the film, and for added durability, place parchment or a Teflon sheet over the design and press for another 10-15 seconds
